The payslip review service is intended exclusively for the customer’s own pay. We do not accept or review payslips or salary information belonging to other people.

Frequently asked questions
What exactly do you check on my payslip?
We check gross and net salary calculations, social security and health insurance contributions, income tax advances, tax credits, bonuses, compensation and other payslip items. We also explain any discrepancies.
How much does the service cost?
The 15-minute online consultation costs €6 (CZK 149). It covers one payslip and one specific question. A full payslip review costs €12 (CZK 299) and is better if you need several items checked or want to compare multiple payslips.
How should I send you my payslip?
You can send your payslip as a PDF, JPG or PNG. A good-quality PDF is best if your employer provides one. If you send it by email, we recommend using a password-protected ZIP archive. Do not send the password in the same email.
Are my documents safe?
A payslip contains sensitive personal and salary information, so please send it only using the method agreed as part of your order. If sending it by email, we recommend a password-protected ZIP archive and sharing the password separately.
Can I send a photo or screenshot from my phone?
Yes. We accept PDF, JPG and PNG files. Make sure the entire document is clearly readable and all items you want checked are visible. A good-quality PDF from your employer is the best option.
Can you review payslips for foreign employees working in Czechia?
Yes, as long as you receive a Czech payslip and your salary is processed under Czech payroll rules. We will help you understand the payslip items and explain anything that is unclear.
Do you review payslips for DPP or DPČ agreements?
Yes. We can also review payslips issued under a DPP (agreement to complete a job) or DPČ (agreement to perform work). The scope of the review depends on the information shown on the payslip and your specific question.
What should I do if you find an error?
We will explain which item appears incorrect and why. You can then contact your employer or payroll department with this explanation. We will not contact your employer on your behalf, and this review does not replace legal, tax or accounting advice.
Will my employer know about the review?
You order the review yourself. If you decide to discuss a discrepancy with your employer, you choose what information to share. We will not contact your employer on your behalf.
How long does the review take?
For a short consultation, we discuss your question during a 15-minute online call. For a full review, we need your payslip in advance so we can review it and prepare any notes or questions.
